Located in the Condesa area of Mexico City, Hotel Condesa DF was a four-year collaboration of Jennie Yip, Jonathan Morr, Grupo Habita, and French designer India Mahdavi. The redux was a labor of love — from sourcing local artisans for tableware and furniture to bringing in local community partnerships to enhance the hotel.

Built in 1928, this 40-room, four-story building has been creatively converted from a bus station to a modern hotel by Parisian interior designer India Mahdavi.
With indoor-outdoor seating , the central courtyard is the main gathering place of the hotel. From restaurant, bar to rooftop lounge, the entire hotel is a popular local hangout.
With a 75-seat restaurant, indoor- outdoor seating and a stylish bar, El Patio is the main food & beverage hub at the hotel. La Terraza, its rooftop lounge, serves the best sushi and curated cocktails in Mexico City. For hotel guests, room service delivers from 7 am to 11 pm.
