SERVICES: Conceptualized, developed, managed and launched the food and beverage program for the 193-room landmark hotel with Ian Schrager. Consisting of two bars (Rose Bar & Jade Bar), private roof club, restaurant, room service, meeting room and event space, catering and cafeteria.
