SERVICES: Developed, managed and launched the food and beverage program for the 235 room hotel consisting of two bars (Rose Bar & Beach Bar), café (Eat-In Kitchen), restaurant (Blue Door), Pool Dining, room service, meeting and event space, catering, and cafeteria.
